Padel Racket Reviews
Ordered the new Bullpadel Wonder Women 2027 and absolutely love it! Great price, speedy delivery! Thanks @Padel Racket!
Finally got my bullpadel vertex 05 2027 after a very long wait. Feels great. Can’t wait to play with it.
Looks amazing! Was delivered with the upmost care and I can't wait to give it a crack. Looks high quality!
Arrived in perfect condition and shipping was well communicated. Solid racket — I've always been an Adidas fan and heard solid things about this particular racket. Intermediate > Advanced with control and power. Big fan.
Very convenient and fast transaction. Value for money and prices are ultra reasonable, and very good quality products!
Just received my racket! Love it, efficient delivery within a week to SG. Highly recommend purchasing from Padel Racket. Thank you!
Although the website address is a Singapore one (.sg), the site is apparently managed from Australia. It means that any purchase outside of Australia is an overseas order, that apparently adds and indefinite amount of time to the delivery. There is of course no indication of this, when you place your order.
I ordered my racket 15 days ago, and I still do not know when it will be delivered.
I tried to reach out to client service, but it looks like it is simply an AI bot, who can only refer you to Australia Post. They promise to transfer your request to a human team, but for some reason, I never got any response
I guess if you're in Australia, maybe you don't face these issues, but the experience buying a racket from Singapore is simply well below par.
I learned my lesson, and will focus on domestic retailer from now on.
Shopping and shipping experience is quite different from each other. They state that shipping is free but my item is stuck in customs until now. I had more seamless delivery and straightforward experience with other padel shops that were clear with shipping fees/ taxes. Also its taking forever. Purchased on sept. 15, its already the end of the month with no sign of it being delivered anytime soon. No backend support helping me receive my item sooner. I have emailed them countless times. International shipping/ buyers beware.
Great racket, easy to order and arrived within 48 hours. Would order again from this store.
Bought a racquet from these guys and it arrived 4 days later. Very well packaged, great communication and good pricing! Will definitely use again for my next one as well a for accessories!
Delivery was fast and the Bullpadel racket arrived in very well packaged and boxed condition. The racket build quality is excellent and plays great on court. Really impressed with both the product and the service.
Delivery came in great time, and the racket came in a well padded delivery box in great condition!
